I have just ordered a set of the ‘modern baker,confectioner and caterer’ books from the website you gave me, its a set of 4,cost just under £50 with p&p.

Thats the same kind of money I payed for my set, they are interesting books it was the bit in there about harvest loafs that inspired my little experiment.
